Our terms & conditions, in plain English

This page is a readable summary of the rules that govern an account with us. It is written to be understood rather than to be impenetrable, and it does not replace the full terms shown in the cashier when you register — where the two differ, the cashier version is the one that binds both of us. Verify anything time-sensitive there before you rely on it.

Your account

One account per person, per household, per device and per IP address. The name on the account must be your own, and it must match the name on the payment method and on the identity documents you provide. Currency is chosen at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. You must be 18 or over, and you must be permitted to gamble under the law that applies where you are sitting.

Accounts that share a household or a device may be restricted, particularly around bonuses: a welcome package is one per household, not one per email address. Duplicate accounts are closed. Where an account was funded to abuse a promotion, the bonus and everything it generated are removed; the player's own deposits are returned.

Bonuses and wagering

Every bonus carries wagering, and ours runs at 50x on the sum of deposit and bonus. Pokies contribute in full toward that turnover; table games and the live floor contribute little or nothing, and the weighting table in the cashier is the definitive list. There is a maximum stake while a bonus is active, and exceeding it can void the bonus — that limit is published with the offer.

Conversion is capped. The welcome package converts to a maximum of AU$5,000 or six times the total of the four qualifying deposits, whichever applies first, and the sign-up spins convert to a maximum of AU$200. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still active forfeits the bonus and anything it won; only your own cleared funds leave. Bonuses must be opted into before the deposit they apply to, and cannot be granted retrospectively.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification

Deposits start at AU$10, or AU$20 by bank transfer. Withdrawals start at AU$20 and are capped at AU$10,000 in a rolling seven-day window unless a loyalty tier raises the ceiling. Payouts are reviewed for roughly 24 hours before they reach the payment rail. We charge no processing fee; third parties in the chain may charge their own.

Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal: photo identification, a proof of address no older than three months, and a redacted image of any card used to fund the account. We may re-verify where a payment method changes or where a pattern of play requires it. Payouts are returned to the source of the deposit where the rail allows it, and to a bank account or crypto wallet where it does not.

Closure, disputes and changes

You may close your account at any time through support, and we will return any cleared balance to a verified payment method. We may close an account for fraud, for collusion, for abuse of a promotion, or where we are required to by law or by our licence. Complaints go first to our support team; where they cannot be resolved, the licensing authority named on our home page provides the escalation route.

We may change these terms, and when we do the updated version appears here and in the cashier. Continued play after a change is acceptance of it. Nothing in this summary removes a right you hold under Australian consumer law.
