Our privacy policy

We collect the minimum we need to run an account lawfully, and we hold it for as long as our licence requires. This page explains what that means in practice: what is collected, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We do not collect a full card number and we never store a payment password. Card details are handled by the payment processor, not by us, and the images you send for verification are expected to be redacted for exactly that reason.

Why we hold it

Three reasons, and no others. To run the account you asked us to open — the balance, the bonuses, the payouts. To meet the obligations our Curaçao licence imposes on us: age verification, identity checks, anti-money-laundering monitoring, and the record retention that goes with them. And to keep the platform secure, which means detecting duplicate accounts, bonus abuse and attempts to take over someone else's login.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers to be resold. Marketing email is opt-in and every message carries a working unsubscribe link, and a self-excluded account is removed from marketing entirely rather than merely quietened.

Who else sees it

Payment processors see what they must to move money. Game studios receive the wager and result data their titles generate, without your identity attached. Identity-verification providers see the documents you send, for the length of a check. Our regulator can require access to records, and a court or law enforcement agency can compel it. That is the entire list.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your currency and hold your session together; without them the site cannot function. Analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and which are ignored, in aggregate. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time — the essential ones will be recreated when you next sign in, and the analytics ones simply will not be.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Financial and verification records are subject to a mandatory retention period under our licence, so closing an account does not erase them immediately — but nothing beyond that is kept for its own sake. Requests go to our support team, who will confirm your identity before acting on one, and the home page lists every way to reach them.
